1. Audubon Cove Irrevocable Letter of Credit # 104100 in the amount of $1,193,492.19 will expire August 02, 2020.
2. Fernvale Springs Condos Phase 4 Performance Bond # 9827084 in the amount of $976,251.00 will expire August 14, 2020.
3. Otter Creek Phase 1, Section 1 Letter of Credit for Stabilization bond #112520 in the amount of $235,000.00 will expire August 26, 2020.
4. Otter Creek Phase 1, Section 1 Letter of Credit Performance Bond #112518 in the amount of $854,000.00 will expire August 26, 2020.
