PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT – STORMWATER

 

CITY OF FAIRVIEW STORMWATER CONCERN REPORTING

 

The City of Fairview has established a new formal process to report stormwater issues and concerns within the city. Residents who have a stormwater concern, issue or complaint should email their stormwater information to:

 

stormwater@fairviewtn.gov

 

Reports to stormwater@fairviewtn.gov should include the name and phone number of the person or persons submitting the concern, the address or general location of the concern, and a description of the concern. Additionally, we encourage that photos or videos of the concern be submitted with the email. Upon receipt of the email city staff will review the information submitted and follow up with the person or persons submitting the concern.

 

We request that anyone submitting a stormwater concern, issue or complaint do so only and directly to stormwater@fairviewtn.gov. Submitting the same concern through multiple channels or points of contact simply complicates our efforts to address citizen concerns.

 

The City of Fairview staff looks forward to investigating stormwater concerns throughout the city and working to find solutions for the issues we can resolve.
