Notice of Public Hearing

The City of Fairview, TN Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, 7/12/2022 at 6:00 PM in the Fairview City Hall Court Chambers, located at 7100 City Center Way, to hear the following requests:

PUBLIC HEARING – To hear public opinion on an application by Louis Sloyan, PE, T-Square Engineering, Inc for Map: 042 Parcel: 125.00, Owner: Gehan Homes. Applicants request a variance on the hillside lot size requirement for multi‐family developments on behalf of the developer. Property located at 0 Fairview Blvd (Tax Map 042, Parcel 125.00). Property zoned CG- Commercial General.

PUBLIC HEARING – To hear public opinion on an application by Louis Sloyan, PE, T-Square Engineering, Inc for Map: 042 Parcels 065.03, 065.04, 065.06, 065.07, 065.08, Owner: Tim Mangrum, Innovated Construction Co, LLC. Applicants request a variance on the hillside lot size requirement for residential developments on behalf of the developer. Properties located along Old Nashville Road (Tax Map 042, Parcels 065.03, 065.04, 065.06, 065.07, 065.08). Property zoned R-20- Residential.

PUBLIC HEARING – To hear public opinion on an application by Trent Smith, Southern Consulting, for Map: 022, Part of Parcels 164.00 and 165.01, Owner: Tim Mangrum, SM Commercial, LLC. Applicants request a variance to construct townhouse residential units which are 16.67-ft and 17.625-ft in width. Properties located at 517 Hwy 96 N (Tax Map 022, Part of Parcels 164 and 165.01). Property zoned RM-12- Multifamily Residential.

Board of Zoning Appeals agendas and material packets for all cases are also posted on the City’s website prior to the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting. All interested parties are invited to attend the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting.
