  • Court is held twice a month on Thursdays at 8:00 a.m.

The City of Fairview has a city court with concurrent General Session powers. The court hears not only traffic and ordinance violations, but also misdemeanor cases. Fines may be paid in-person at city hall, or by phone.

Acceptable Court Attire

The following is a general dress code to all those involved, or attending, all court proceedings:

  • No shorts.
  • No tank tops.
  • No halters.
  • No flip flops.
  • Pants must not show underwear.
