INVITATION TO BID – Street Resurfacing

CITY OF FAIRVIEW INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for the following will be received by the City Recorder, City of Fairview, until 2:00 P. M. on Monday, July 22, 2024. At that time bids will be publicly opened in the city council chambers at Fairview City Hall. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder at the regularly scheduled board of commissioners meeting to be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024.

Vendor Applications for 2024 Nature Fest

ARTS/CRAFTS VENDORS:
Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. All items must be hand-made or hand-crafted (a limited number of direct sales vendors will be allowed and will be on a first come first serve basis). Sharing a booth space is allowed – ONLY 2 independent vendors in one booth space. Each vendor booth space is $35.

FOOD VENDORS:
Food trucks/Food vendors will be on a first come first serve basis. The food vendor fee is $75.
