On March 24, 2022, the City of Fairview Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance 2022-08, an Ordinance amending the City of Fairview Municipal Code, to Create Chapter 4 of Title 14, known as and now enacted as the City’s Stormwater Ordinance. This ordinance now governs and regulates stormwater within the City of Fairview corporate limits.…

CITY OF FAIRVIEW BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS STORMWATER WORK SESSION

 

5:00 P.M. ON THURSDAY, APRIL 21, 2022

 

On Thursday, April 21, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. the City of Fairview Board of Commissioners will host a work session to discuss stormwater management. Stormwater presentations will be made by local and regional engineers and consultants. These presentations should be very informative and provide a broad overview of stormwater management.

 

In addition to the city’s board of commissioners being available during the work session members of the city’s planning commission and city staff will also take be present and take part in the discussions.…
